CRU Community Lunch
Program Services
Our Tuesday Community Meal, served out of the CRU (Community Response Unit), offers a welcoming place for anyone in the community to enjoy a hot, nutritious meal and connect with others. More than just food, it’s a weekly opportunity to share conversation, build relationships, and experience belonging in a friendly, supportive environment.
Our staff and volunteers look forward to welcoming you at any one of our stops!
Currently they are as follows:
- 11:10am-11:30am at 227 Tranquille Rd, in front of the old Dynasty Gardens
- 11:10am-11:25am outside Georgian Court on the North Shore
- 11:45am-12:15pm at the Star Lodge, Sahali
- 12:30pm-12:45pm at the Lighthouse, Valleyview
- 12:50pm-1:15pm outside The Coastline (old Motel 6), Valleyview
Farm
A program of food recovery that helps prevent food waste. Food is received from various commercial businesses which is then shared within the community. Everyone is welcome.
Senior hours are Wednesday from 1 PM. to 1:30 PM.
