Program Services
On Thursday mornings, we host our Breakfast Link program—a welcoming gathering for seniors (60+) as well as caregivers with their toddlers. From 9:00 to 10:30am, we serve a nutritious breakfast and create space for meaningful conversation and connection.
This program brings together two generations who don’t often cross paths, offering companionship for seniors and support for caregivers, while helping little ones grow in a friendly, community‑minded environment. Breakfast Link is more than a meal—it's a place where relationships grow and community is strengthened.
Time: Thursdays, 9am-10:30am
Location: 344 Poplar Street, Kamloops
Farm
A program of food recovery that helps prevent food waste. Food is received from various commercial businesses which is then shared within the community. Everyone is welcome.
Senior hours are Wednesday from 1 PM. to 1:30 PM.
